Business Shortreel
About my life My name is Ahmed, and I am 12 years old, living in Gaza. Every morning, I wake up to the sound of distant explosions and the sight of broken buildings. I haven’t known peace foras long as I can remember. Life here is hard—harder than I can explain—but my dreams are still strong. I used to go to school every day, but sometimes the schools are closed because of the airstrikes. My friends and I want to learn, play, and grow like any other children in the world, but here, our playgrounds have turned into rubble, and our classrooms often become shelters. My father used to work to provide for us, but his job disappeared when his workplace was destroyed. Now, we struggle for basic things like food, water, and medicine. My younger sister is sick, and we can’t afford the treatment she needs. The war has taken away so much from us, but I don’t want it to take away my hope. I want to become a doctor one day, to help people who are suffering like us. But I know I can’t do this alone. We need your help. Every donation, no matter how small, can help us get food, medicine, and supplies to survive. It can give children like me a chance to dream again. Please, stand with Gaza, stand with us.
