2026 Oscars Taps Billy Crystal, Meg Ryan for Rob Reiner Tribute

When Harry Met Sally stars Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan will reunite for a special tribute to Rob Reiner at the 98th Academy Awards on March 15 at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood. Crystal is set to speak during the show's 'In Memoriam' segment, with Ryan joining him on stage, and they are expected to be joined by performers from Reiner's other films, though those names have not been confirmed.

Reiner's death came at the end of a year marked by several high-profile losses. He and his wife, Michele, were found dead in their home at the ages of 78 and 70, respectively, and were reportedly murdered by their son, Nick. Across four decades, Reiner directed a string of well-known films.
