3 Best Movies To Watch on Netflix This Weekend

Plenty of new and classic films are streaming this weekend. These three titles are available on US Netflix and worth checking out. Sofia Coppola's The Bling Ring (2013) follows a group of teenagers who use the internet to track celebrities, break into their homes, and try on their clothes.

The cast includes Israel Broussard, Katie Chang, Emma Watson, Taissa Farmiga, and Claire Julien. Loosely based on a true story, the film—bathed in the TMZ age of celebrity obsession—has a Rotten Tomatoes score of 59% and an IMDb rating of 5.6/10, and it rewards a second look after more than a decade.

Writer-director Morrisa Maltz’s The Unknown Country (2022) stars Lily Gladstone as a grieving young woman who embarks on a solitary trip across striking landscapes toward the Texas–Mexico border. The film has earned strong critical praise, holds a 92% on Rotten Tomatoes and a 6.3/10 on IMDb, and features a typically excellent performance from Gladstone.
