3 Best Shows To Watch On Prime Video This Week (Feb 23-27)

A new show tops Prime Video’s viewership charts this week: the mystery thriller 56 Days, starring Dove Cameron and Avan Jogia. Adapted from Catherine Ryan Howard’s novel, it was developed by Karyn Usher and Lisa Zwerling and executive produced by James Wan, following a highly charged whirlwind romance that collides with a gruesome murder.

If that’s not quite what you’re in the mood for, there are plenty of other options on the service. The IT Crowd is a British sitcom created, written, and directed by Graham Linehan that follows the misadventures of a company IT department. Katherine Parkinson plays Jen Barber, an inexperienced head of IT trying to manage socially inept subordinates Maurice Moss (Richard Ayoade) and Roy Trenneman (Chris O’Dowd), with supporting turns from Chris Morris, Matt Berry, and Noel Fielding.

Originally broadcast on Channel 4 beginning in 2006, it grew from poor early ratings into a cult classic and earned three BAFTAs and an International Emmy.
