3 new Game Pass games to play this weekend (Jan 30–Feb 1)

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 — Developer Saber Interactive and publisher Focus Entertainment deliver a large-scale third-person shooter that GamesRadar’s 2024 review called an "exceptional, larger than life shooter that raises the bar for all Warhammer adaptations." The game pairs hulking melee with chattering gunplay and grandiose scenarios, is about 72GB to download and takes roughly 10–12 hours to beat.

Grounded 2: The Toxic Tangle — Obsidian Entertainment’s Grounded 2 entered Early Access last summer, and this week released its first major content update, The Toxic Tangle. Grounded 2 is about 30GB to install and supports crossplay co-op; it’s available on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass now. The Talos Principle 2 — Croteam and publisher Devolver Digital’s thoughtful first-person puzzle game originally released in 2023 and is noted for its visual presentation and gradually introduced mechanics like gravity manipulation and mind transference.
