It's the weekend, and we've picked three new Prime Video shows to binge this March 13–March 15. Scarpetta leads the list with Nicole Kidman in the title role, alongside a twisty South Korean romantic thriller and a historical drama set in the American Civil War.

Scarpetta has been in development for years, with names like Jodie Foster and Helen Mirren once linked to the role. The new Prime Video series stars Nicole Kidman as Kay; Jamie Lee Curtis executive produces and co-stars as Scarpetta's snarky sister Dorothy. The eight-episode story moves between two time periods as Scarpetta investigates the death of a biomedical engineer in the present, a case that echoes a string of killings from the 1990s.

This season adapts two of Patricia Cornwell's books and takes some wild swings along the way. Siren's Kiss is a South Korean romantic thriller based on the 1990s TV show Koori no Sekai.
