Tom Hanks remains one of the most renowned actors, with landmark performances stretching back more than 30 years to films such as Philadelphia and Big. Ten years ago he teamed with Clint Eastwood on Sully, a docudrama about pilot Chesley Sullenberger’s emergency landing in the Hudson River that saved hundreds; Aaron Eckhart and Laura Linney also appear in the film.

Sully opened to broad acclaim, earning 85% from critics and 84% from audiences on Rotten Tomatoes, and it went on to gross $243 million against a $60 million budget. Directed by Clint Eastwood, the film was released September 9, 2016, and runs 96 minutes. At the time of writing Sully is not streaming anywhere in America, though it has been picking up steam on VOD platforms overseas such as iTunes and Google.

With renewed interest years after its release, it likely won’t be long before the film returns to a major U.S. streaming service. Hanks is also at work on a sequel to Greyhound, which became a force on Apple TV despite not receiving a theatrical release.
