A Quiet Place 3 gets surprise cast and date reveal

John Krasinski's A Quiet Place returns in 2027 for Part 3. He revealed Monday that Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe and Cillian Murphy will all return from the second film.

Joining the cast are Jack O'Connell (Sinners, 28 Years Later), Jason Clarke (Zero Dark Thirty, Pet Sematary) and Katy O'Brian (Love Lies Bleeding, The Mandalorian). Krasinski posted on his Instagram account, sharing each actor's personalized movie scripts and writing, "So proud to be a part of this [A Quiet Place] family… old and new! Here we go!"

Krasinski will direct from his own script, continuing his role behind the camera after co-writing and starring in the original A Quiet Place with Bryan Woods and Scott Beck.

A Quiet Place Part 3 arrives in movie theaters on July 30, 2027. It will be the fourth entry in the franchise, following 2024's prequel A Quiet Place: Day One; the series has grossed $900 million at the box office and spawned a video game spinoff, A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead.
