Aaron Phypers asks judge to order Denise Richards to pay spousal support
Aaron Phypers has asked a judge to order Denise Richards to pay him immediate spousal support as their contentious divorce continues. In documents filed in Los Angeles on Thursday, he says he lacks "stable income" after his "business operations and infrastructure" were "disrupted in late 2024" and argues temporary support is needed to maintain a "status quo" of "financial fairness during litigation." Phypers told the court that "temporary support focuses primarily on need and ability to pay, not final fault determinations or ultimate property division," and therefore Richards should be ordered to pay.
He also stated he has entered a plea of not guilty in the pending criminal case and emphasized that "there has been no criminal conviction." He seeks what he says is 50% of Richards' OnlyFans earnings, claiming she makes money from photographs he took and previously asserting the account brings in up to $300,000 per month.
