'Absolutely phenomenal' - Max Dowman hailed after historic Arsenal moment

The Emirates witnessed history as Arsenal wonderkid Max Dowman became the youngest-ever Premier League scorer with a solo run to seal a 2-0 win against Everton. He came on late, helped create Viktor Gyokeres' opener and then raced through the defence to tap into an open goal.

Speaking on BBC Radio 5, ex-Chelsea star Pat Nevin called it "a beautiful moment of football," praising the teenager's immediate influence: "The creativity of Max Dowman...he created the first goal – he changed the game when he came on.
