Supermicro reported record fiscal second quarter revenue of $12.68 billion, up about 123 percent year over year, as demand for AI and IT infrastructure accelerated, the company said. The quarter included GAAP net income of $400.6 million and non‑GAAP net income of $486.5 million.

Leadership highlighted the company’s data center building block solutions (DCBBS) as a key driver, saying the product line has expanded to more than 10 subsystems and is gaining customer preference for faster, cleaner and lower‑cost AI and cloud deployments. DCBBS accounted for about 4 percent of profit in the first half of fiscal 2026 and the company expects that contribution to grow and at least double by the end of calendar 2026.

Supermicro acknowledged near‑term margin pressures from a shift toward large model builders with pricing leverage, higher transportation costs, component shortages and pricing volatility.
