adidas released a jersey inspired by the USMNT's 1994 away shirt, calling it the U.S. Denim Jersey. The launch arrives three months before the 2026 World Cup, which the United States will host alongside Mexico and Canada, and follows speculation around kit suppliers as Nike is the USMNT's official partner this time.

The design reproduces the washed-denim effect of the original, with scattered white stars and red detailing on the collar and sleeves, though the federation badge is not on the chest. adidas says the look takes cues from 90s aesthetics and modern streetwear. "With the U.S.

Denim jersey, we set out to capture the side of American soccer that has always been distinctive and original," adidas Football's design director, Inigo Turner, said. "This design leans into that spirit with bold graphics, fearless color and a belief that the game here should look and feel like it belongs to the people." Former USMNT player Alexi Lalas, who wore the original 1994 shirt, models the collection.
