'After everything I've done...' Paul Mullin criticises Wrexham
Paul Mullin has criticised his former club Wrexham after a turbulent spell that began with a summer loan to Wigan Athletic, ended with an early return in January and has now seen him join Bradford City on loan for the remainder of the 2025–26 campaign. He said the last 18 months had been “quite challenging”, calling the decision to move him on “out of the blue” after his surgery and describing the abrupt end to his role at Wrexham as difficult to take, though he added that “that’s football” and he is determined to move on and make the most of his next chance.
Mullin welcomed the Bradford move as a “massive opportunity”, saying he felt honoured to represent a big club and recalling the special feeling of running out in front of 20,000 fans.
