The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker 2, developed by D'Avekki Studios, returns to live-action FMV and puts players in the therapist's chair to half-analyze, half-interrogate former patients of the titular Doctor Dekker. A free Steam Next Fest demo opens the first patient session and already prompts theories about what happened to your dearly departed (...or are they?) colleagues.

The sequel picks up threads from the original, asking players to uncover Doctor Dekker's disappearance and the murder of Doctor Alderby. The murderer is chosen at random each playthrough, and some scenes include multiple takes that can be toggled. Patients arrive with their own supernatural problems; fan favourite Marianna returns alongside the iconic green couch and stark lighting.

Instead of typing any question, the game now shows a list of topics you can combine into pairs to form more complex enquiries.
