A Variety story cited three sources claiming Netflix Co-CEO Ted Sarandos will not speak to Meghan Markle on the phone without a lawyer present. Two insiders said Sarandos recently said he wouldn’t sit in for a call with Markle, 44, unless a lawyer was on the line, and that he is “fed up” with Markle and Prince Harry.

A Netflix spokesperson told Variety the claims are “absolutely inaccurate.” Markle’s attorney, Michael J. Kump, echoed that view in a letter, calling the report “blatantly false” and adding, “In fact, Meghan texts and speaks with Mr. Sarandos regularly, and has been to his home, sans lawyers.”

Page Six Entertainment Reporter Eric Todisco and Page Six Supervising Producer Ashlee McGeehan are recapping everything we know about the couple’s ongoing partnership with Netflix and what could be next for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
