Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai will receive a three-year equity package that could be worth up to $692 million if the board's performance targets are met, the company said in an SEC filing. Much of the award remains unchanged from his 2022 grant, but for the first time a portion of the payout is tied to the value of Waymo and Wing.

The package could produce up to $260 million tied to increases in Waymo's per-unit value over a three-year period, as determined by the compensation committee, and up to $90 million linked to Wing's per-unit value over the same timeframe. The filing does not list specific operational milestones, and a company spokesperson declined to comment.

Pichai's base salary remains $2 million, unchanged since 2020. He will also receive performance stock units tied to Alphabet's total shareholder return relative to the S&P 100 that could be worth up to $252 million, plus a time-based equity award that will pay $84 million if he stays with the company for the next three years.
