Amanda Frances on Dorit Kemsley feud, Selling Sunset scene and her business
Amanda Frances, a newcomer on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15, said veteran Kyle Richards warned her bluntly about the cast dynamic: "Hey, everyone here knows this is the job everyone knows we have to talk bad about each other." Frances has found the transition into the group more fraught than she expected.
She described tension with Dorit Kemsley after questioning the other women, calling the run of friction across four consecutive dinners an "initiation process of sorts" and adding, "She didn’t want me to have an easy time growing into the group, at least that’s how it feels to me." Frances said she still has not received an apology.
Frances said she formed a genuine connection with Erika Jayne, who she called "really sweet off camera," and praised Jayne for letting her address the alleged "cult" past without judgment. Frances laughed that the "dirt" others unearthed came from her very first blog: "It’s my very first blog it’s still on my website to this day," and wondered why castmates didn’t simply ask her about it.
