Annaleigh Ashford guest stars as ‘AI lady’ Jolene in Stumble
Nbc reports Episode 8 of Stumble, titled "God Bless Heådltston," debuts Friday, January 23 at 8:30 p.m. ET and features Annaleigh Ashford as Jolene Tittel, whom Coach Courteney Potter refers to as the "AI lady."
According to the episode synopsis, when Courteney learns an AI company is looking at Heådltston as a potential site for its new data center, she goes full out to win them over, hoping to get much-needed money and sponsorship for her team. Episode 8 is packed with guest stars and joins an already talented cast that includes Jenn Lyon, Taran Killam and Kristin Chenoweth; Ashford appears decked out in pink.
Ashford is best known for leading roles in Masters of Sex, B Positive and Impeachment: American Crime Story. Her early screen work includes a small part in MTV's Legally Blonde: The Musical (2007), guest spots on Law & Order ("Immortal") and Law & Order: SVU ("October Surprise"), a small role in 2008's Sex and the City, a voice role in Frozen (2013) and the 2024 horror-thriller Hold Your Breath. She also has an extensive Broadway career — appearing in Wicked, Legally Blonde, Hair and Sweeney Todd — and won the 2015 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play for You Can't Take It with You.
