Apple TV Doubles Down on Sci‑Fi in 2026 Slate

Apple TV revealed its first‑half 2026 slate, announcing new originals nearly every week and signalling a mix of prestige drama, thrillers, returning series and limited runs.

The lineup leans into science fiction and prestige television: For All Mankind returns for Season 5, Monarch expands the MonsterVerse, and Ted Lasso returns for Season 4 with a twist as Ted coaches a second‑division women’s team.

Apple also highlighted prestige thrillers such as Imperfect Women, Cape Fear and Criminal Record Season 2, alongside comedies including Shrinking, Margo’s Got Money Troubles and Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed.

A film slate was included as well, naming titles such as Eternity, Outcome, The Dink, Mayday and Matchbox; Collider will have additional coverage.
