Arbitrum's native token continues to weaken, extending a decline that has brought it close to its all-time low. ARB has struggled to join broader market recoveries, with limited investor support and only occasional short-lived rebounds. The Chaikin Money Flow has fallen below zero, reflecting net capital outflows and persistent selling pressure.

The MVRV Long/Short Difference shows short-term holders dominating realized profits, a dynamic that heightens the risk of abrupt corrections; today’s 8% drop underscores how rapid profit-taking can accelerate downside moves. Whales holding between 1 million and 10 million ARB have sold more than 60 million tokens over the past three weeks.

That slow, steady distribution can suppress recovery attempts by keeping supply elevated rather than prompting a one-off panic sell-off. ARB was trading at $0.0921 at the time of writing after failing to defend $0.0994, with the next support at $0.0887 just above the all-time low of $0.0883.
