Arrivabene: renew Spalletti, I dream of Donnarumma at Juve

Maurizio Arrivabene defended the decision to sign Dusan Vlahovic, calling it the right move and saying he remains proud of the striker. He compared Vlahovic’s determination to Verstappen and his tenacity and humanity to Leclerc, adding that he still writes to offer friendship and encouragement.

Arrivabene urged Vlahovic to put himself at the service of the team and suggested that, with the right support, the striker can come close to the very top. He highlighted other players who came in during his tenure, noting that Locatelli, Bremer and Gatti are now part of Spalletti’s starting line-up.

Arrivabene said those signings make him proud. He also acknowledged Yildiz’s 2022 arrival as a free agent but declined to take credit for that move, praising the player’s class and attachment to the shirt.
