Arthur: returning to Juventus and hoping for a chance under Spalletti

Arthur says he is set to return to Turin at the end of the season and hopes to get a chance under Spalletti, who likes having a playmaker. He feels comfortable in that role, noting that players such as Lobotka and Pizarro flourished under Spalletti and that it is not far-fetched to think he could adapt.

Asked whether he is back to his Barcelona form, Arthur pointed to hard work and feeling happy when helping the team. He benefited from completing pre-season training in full and highlighted the mental aspect, saying that at Grêmio everyone has made him feel important.

Reflecting on his first spell at Juventus, he said he arrived at a time of transition with lots of changes that affected everyone, including him. He regrets not having shown what he is capable of and that things did not go as he had expected at Juve. On the idea of Neymar moving to Italy, Arthur said he would tell him that Serie A is a fantastic league and that Juventus is a top club with demanding, passionate fans, a unique experience he should seize.
