Offer Yehudai, who cofounded Arya in 2022, says he does not want people to fall in love with an AI bot. Instead, the startup’s AI “concierge” is designed to help couples spice up their in‑real‑life intimacy. The chatbot embeds in users’ text messages, aims to onboard both partners, offers sex and relationship guidance, recommends bedroom toys, and handles the e‑commerce side of purchases.

Arya combines models from OpenAI and Anthropic with proprietary data about relationships and intimacy, and it keeps a team of sex and relationship experts to step in when the AI lacks confidence. The company says it has tens of thousands of couples onboarded and frames itself as a proactive, two‑person concierge rather than another one‑sided chatbot.

The startup recently raised $21 million in growth funding: $4 million in equity from Ibex Investors and $17 million in cohort financing led by Bitkraft, a structure chosen to avoid diluting shareholders. Bitkraft will fund efforts to reach new user cohorts and be repaid from the revenue they generate.
