Asus updates ZenBook A14 with Snapdragon X2 Elite and long battery life
At CES 2026, Asus unveiled updates to the ZenBook A14 lineup, adding a 16‑inch option and a new 14‑inch model (UX3407NA) powered by the Snapdragon X2 Elite processor.
The Snapdragon X2 Elite configuration uses an 18‑core CPU with 12 Prime cores and six Performance cores, and includes an expanded memory cache, an 80 TOPs NPU, and a lightweight dual‑fan thermal system inside a 0.63‑inch chassis. The design retains a Ceraluminum construction with an anti‑scratch, smudge‑free coating and meets US military MIL‑STD 810H standards.
The 0.98kg 14‑inch model has an OLED FHD display, Dolby Atmos and Snapdragon Sound support, and comes in two memory/storage options: 24GB/512GB and 32GB/1TB. Ports include one USB 3.2 Type‑A, two USB4 Type‑C with display and power delivery, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm audio jack, and wireless connectivity is Wi‑Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. The laptop also offers an FHD camera with Windows Hello.
Asus rates the ZenBook A14 at more than 28 hours of video playback on its 70Wh battery. The company has not revealed pricing, and the updated models are scheduled to launch in the second quarter of 2026.
