Barbra Streisand is in talks to appear at the Oscars to sing a tribute to Robert Redford. The pair costarred in the 1973 film The Way We Were; Redford died on Sept. 16 at age 89.

She would likely perform the film’s title song, which won an Oscar at the 46th Academy Awards in 1974. The movie also won for best score, and Streisand was nominated for best actress. Streisand has received 14 Oscar nominations and won two awards — Best Actress for Funny Girl and Best Song for A Star Is Born — while Redford won for Ordinary People in 1981 and received an honorary award in 2002.

The appearance is expected to fall during the In Memoriam segment, which would likely honor Rob Reiner, Catherine O’Hara, Diane Keaton, Gene Hackman, Val Kilmer, James Van Der Beek and others. The 98th Academy Awards will take place on March 15 at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood.
