Berserker mod turns Resident Evil 4 Remake into an all-out shooter

Berserker, a remix mode for the Resident Evil 4 Remake by RabbitTooneedIM, cranks up enemy density, relocates key items, rebalances combat and brings late‑game foes forward. It adds new weapons and turns the game into a full-on shooter where intensity is dialled way up.

You need the RE4 Remake on Steam and the Separate Ways expansion, plus the Fluffy Mod Manager. Install by placing Berserker in the Mod Manager\Games\RE4R\Mods directory, run the manager, toggle the mod on and play. A companion remix, Valkyrie, expands Ada's campaign with new zones and roughly 2–3 extra hours of play.

Ada gains new encounters, a brief playable Wesker segment and more crowded boss fights; only one remix can be active at a time, but the Fluffy Mod Manager lets you switch between them. The mods enjoy pranking the player—rocket‑equipped counter‑snipers, tripwires, bear traps, double and triple chainsaw fights and other nasty twists raise the challenge.
