Bethenny Frankel deletes original take on Bad Bunny Super Bowl halftime show
Bethenny Frankel deleted an original video criticizing Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show after footage resurfaced on X showing her saying she couldn’t "wait to get canceled for this." She asked, "Where is the line?" and questioned whether entertainment events like "the Grammys, the Emmys, the Oscars, the Super Bowl" should be places to express personal, cultural or political views.
Frankel compared the performance to Dave Chapelle expressing transphobic views in 2021, Richard Gere "getting into trouble" in the past and Billie Eilish blasting ICE in her Grammys 2026 acceptance speech. After removing the original clip she posted another video praising Bad Bunny’s right to "express [him]self," then took that down as well when followers accused her of having "changed [her] tune," urged her to "walk it back quick," and demanded she put the original video back up.
A rep for Frankel did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
