Bianca Censori reveals rehab stint after self-medicating

Bianca Censori revealed she recently had a stint at an inpatient rehabilitation program in Spain. "I needed to work on myself," the former architect told Vanity Fair, saying she had patterns of behavior that not only hurt her but also the people around her. She admitted she would "explode" on those closest to her and often blamed others for her unhappiness.

Censori said she had been self-medicating with benzodiazepines and that rehab "changed my life." "How was I a completely different person? I was very emotionally dysregulated. And I can function now," she said. She recalled telling her husband, "Anything that you have ever bought me does not equate to how important this was to me," after he paid for the treatment.

She encouraged Kanye West to seek help, and he later checked himself into a rehab facility in Switzerland; following treatment he was prescribed medication and issued a public apology for his earlier statements.
