Bitcoin Cash (BCH) was the only gainer, rising 3.4%.
Aptos (APT) declined 9.4% and NEAR Protocol (NEAR) fell 8%, leading the index lower.
Those losses outweighed BCH's rise, leaving the index under pressure.
