Beincrypto reports Bitcoin climbed past $95,000 after the US CPI remained steady in December, boosting altcoin momentum and risk appetite. Three altcoins highlighted are Pump.fun (PUMP), Internet Computer (ICP) and Celestia (TIA). PUMP, trading near $0.00281, shows a 0.96 correlation with Bitcoin and is breaking out of a 12-hour cup-and-handle pattern that projects a 57.7% upside to $0.00417; a rising CMF above zero points to capital inflows and reclaiming $0.00325 as support would validate the breakout, while failure to hold $0.00325 could push PUMP to $0.00212 and invalidate the pattern.

ICP is trading near $3.85 and forming an inverse head-and-shoulders pattern that projects about 29.75% upside to $4.48; after a breakout over the past 24 hours it is focused on flipping $4.00 into support and is approaching a Golden Cross, but a rejection near $4.00 could pull ICP below $3.75 toward $3.45 and potentially $3.10 if the pattern breaks.

TIA trades near $0.60 and is forming a cup-and-handle projecting a 38.2% rise to roughly $0.82; the Money Flow Index is rebounding from neutral and sustained inflows could lift TIA above $0.65 and $0.67, flipping those levels into support would confirm the breakout, while a reversal could send the token back to $0.53 and, if that fails, toward $0.48.
