Britney Spears was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence on the evening of March 4, 2026, by the California Highway Patrol. Dispatch audio says she was allegedly swerving and speeding in her Black BMW before being pulled over; she was booked at 3:02 a.m., released at 6:07 a.m., and a court date is set for May 4, 2026.
