Brooke Shields makes rare comment about JFK Jr. romance

Brooke Shields offered a rare public remark about her brief romance with John F. Kennedy Jr. in a TikTok posted by her daughter, Rowan Henchy. The pair mouthed lyrics to Charli XCX’s “Boom Clap”; text over Henchy read, “I wonder if JFK Jr. was a good kisser?” before the camera panned to Shields, with “One of the best” written over her clip.

Henchy captioned the video, “But don’t forget … they never dated.” Viewers chimed in beneath the post. One called it “boots on the ground journalism,” another noted, “Sarah Jessica Parker also said the same thing 😭,” while others quipped “I’m so jealous rn” or reminded, “Remember… You don’t have to date to kiss…..” Shields has rarely discussed the pair’s brief link in the 1980s.

She told The Howard Stern Show in 2023 they went on one “real” ski date in Aspen, and that he gave her the “best kiss [she’s] ever had in [her] life,” which left her “frozen” at the prospect of sex because she feared being deeply hurt.
