Borussia Dortmund could make another push for Nicolo Tresoldi in the summer. Several top Bundesliga clubs and other European teams have shown interest in the Club Brugge forward, who was on BVB's radar two years ago while still at Hannover 96. Since his reported £7.5 million move to Bruges, Tresoldi has developed strongly and shown Champions League credentials, scoring 15 goals and providing five assists in 46 competitive matches.

The striker is part of discussions around Germany's options behind Kai Havertz for the World Cup. He has yet to make his senior international debut but has 22 appearances for the German U21s. The Italian Football Federation has also approached him, hoping to convince the Sardinian-born player to switch allegiances; Tresoldi has said he is tempted by his country of birth but remains focused on an international career with the DFB.

Dortmund could need a new centre forward next summer if Serhou Guirassy leaves.
