Inter Miami are reportedly interested in signing Casemiro when he leaves Manchester United at the end of the season. The Brazil international has announced he will depart Old Trafford upon the expiration of his contract in June, and Miami are said to be weighing up a swoop to land him as a free agent as a potential replacement for Sergio Busquets and as Lionel Messi's new right-hand man.

Sao Paulo, the defensive midfielder's boyhood club, are also interested and are poised to offer him a two-year contract, while there is admiration from Saudi Arabia and Al-Nassr are seen as a potential option. He will have a limited pool of suitors given his huge £375,000-per-week wages.

LA Galaxy have likewise been credited with interest, exploring whether they could sign Casemiro under MLS's designated player rule. Introduced in 2007 when David Beckham joined the Galaxy, the rule allows teams to sign up to three players whose salaries and acquisition costs exceed the league's salary cap.
