CES 2026 is fast approaching, with the Las Vegas trade show opening to journalists, analysts and industry professionals on Tuesday, January 6. Major consumer electronics brands including Samsung, LG and Hisense have already started making announcements ahead of the event. Organizers will stream keynotes and presentations; a full schedule of sessions is available from CES for those who want to follow announcements remotely.

Expect a heavy focus on AI across products, plus ambitious pitches around transportation beyond city streets and TVs that push conventional specs, form factors and sizes. RayNeo plans to show two new smart glasses: the Air 4 Pro, which pairs with phones, computers or gaming consoles, and the X3 Pro Project eSIM, which includes a built-in 4G connection so users can browse or make calls without pairing to another device.

TCL unveiled the Note A1 Nxtpaper, an 11.5-inch digital notepad that combines a full-color LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. Priced at $549, it aims to compete with devices like the Kindle Scribe and ReMarkable by offering a faster, more versatile hybrid experience. Project Luci is a compact magnetic AI pin designed as a searchable digital archive of daily life.

It includes a 12MP ultra-wide camera, dual microphones, up to four hours of continuous recording, and a proprietary AI model called Mavi for semantic search. The device features a physical camera shutter and a companion hub for local data processing and is priced at about $99.
