CES 2026 opens to thousands of journalists, analysts and industry professionals on January 6, and major announcements are already arriving from brands including Samsung, LG and Hisense. RayNeo is showing two new smart glasses: the Air 4 Pro, which connects to a phone, computer or gaming console, and the X3 Pro Project eSIM, which includes a built-in 4G connection so users can browse the web or make calls without pairing the glasses to a separate cellular device.

TCL unveiled the Note A1 Nxtpaper, an 11.5-inch digital notepad positioned against devices like the Kindle Scribe and ReMarkable. The tablet pairs a full-color LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals and is priced at $549. Project Luci is a compact magnetic AI pin designed as a searchable digital archive of daily life.

It features a 12MP ultra-wide camera, dual microphones, continuous recording for up to four hours, and a proprietary AI model called Mavi for semantic searches. The device includes a physical camera shutter and a companion hub for local data processing, and is priced at about $99.

Samsung has unveiled new Odyssey 6K monitors that offer 3D playback with glasses-free eye-tracking. ZDNET noted some skepticism given past 3D TV problems—such as muddy colors and motion sickness—and said the new monitors will need to be seen in person to judge their value.
