Cher's son arrested again on felony burglary and mischief charges
Elijah Blue Allman was arrested on charges of felony burglary and breach of bail days after he faced an assault charge. The 49-year-old was taken into custody after allegedly breaking into a New Hampshire home on Sunday, the Windham Police Department said in a press release.
An unnamed woman hid in a closet during the incident, and officers found Allman smoking on a living-room couch. No property was reported stolen, but police say he caused about $1,700 in damage to a door and roughly $1,000 to a rug; he was also charged with two counts of criminal mischief and ordered held on preventative detention at his Monday arraignment.
The arrest followed a separate detention days earlier at St. Paul’s School in Concord, N.H., where Concord police responded to a report of a person causing a disturbance and acting belligerently around 7 p.m.
