Clicks is bringing new physical keyboard products to CES 2026 and has introduced its first smartphone, positioned as a second device focused on "communication, not consumption." The Clicks Communicator pairs a tactile hardware keyboard with a 4-inch OLED display, a 3.5mm headphone jack and expandable microSD storage up to 2TB.

It runs on Android 16, supports hardware-level encryption and includes NFC for Google Pay, Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi. Hardware highlights include a 50MP main camera, a 24MP front camera, a 4,000 mAh battery with USB‑C and wireless charging, and a fingerprint sensor built into the spacebar.

Clicks also added a customizable "Signal LED" to indicate notifications from specific people or apps. Clicks markets the Communicator as a minimalist secondary phone for messaging, a trend toward so‑called "dumb" or minimalist phones. The company’s secondary‑device approach may be impractical for some users who would need two plans and numbers.

The Communicator is available to reserve now for $399 and will rise to $499 on February 27. For users who want a tactile keyboard for their primary smartphone, Clicks also announced the Power Keyboard. It has a QWERTY layout with directional keys and a number row, attaches via MagSafe or Qi2, and includes a 2,150 mAh battery to help charge a phone.
