Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams shine in SNL ice rink sketch
This week’s Saturday Night Live sketch opens with a rejected marriage proposal at an ice rink, while three grown men behind the couple appear to be having the absolute time of their lives.
Heated Rivalry heartthrob Connor Storrie plays one-third of the blissed-out trio living their best frozen-water fantasy. It was only a matter of time before SNL found a way to get Storrie on skates.
Tommy Brennan’s character, meanwhile, cannot stop watching the euphoric bro-bonding session as his own relationship collapses. "I’ve never seen grown men have such genuine, pure fun," Brennan laments, staring past his crumbling relationship.
Things escalate when the trio yells that this is the "best bachelor party ever," an energy that only deepens the awkwardness. The loudest reaction of the night, however, came from a surprise guest appearance by co-star Hudson Williams, which had the crowd losing it.
