Cooking recipes and skill upgrades in Pokémon Pokopia

Cooking in Pokémon Pokopia is how you upgrade skills like expanding Water Gun or breaking tougher rocks with Rock Smash. Different dishes boost different abilities, so carry a variety of recipes. Each dish uses one primary ingredient while additional ingredients alter the result, and sometimes you must bring Pokémon with specific specialties.

This list is a work-in-progress as new recipes are still being discovered. To unlock cooking, finish the Withered Wasteland important request "Yawn up a Storm!" to reach Rocky Ridges behind the northwest green gate. Cooking becomes available shortly after arriving at Rocky Ridges but before the "Time to Party!" important request.

You must meet Chef Dente, the Greedent: after repairing the PC in front of the Pokémon Center you’ll hear a voice from the nearby abandoned kitchen that prompts the meeting, and Chef Dente will walk you through basic recipes.
