Cristiano Ronaldo training normally at Al-Nassr despite transfer frustration
Cristiano Ronaldo remains in Riyadh and has continued to attend Al-Nassr training, with Record reporting he has not missed a scheduled session and is expected to take part in Wednesday’s training under manager Jorge Jesus.
He is reportedly furious at the club’s lack of transfer activity, criticising perceived insufficient support from the Public Investment Fund and objecting to Karim Benzema’s proposed move to Al-Hilal, which he viewed as giving rivals an advantage.
A return to the Portuguese league has been ruled out, with the player instead said to be considering a move to MLS or a final stint in a top European league if the right offer materialises.
On the field he has 18 goals and three assists in 22 appearances this campaign and remains the main attacking figure as Al-Nassr prepare for the remainder of the season.
