Cryptio, an accounting and data platform for regulated digital assets, has raised $45 million in a Series B round co‑led by BlackFin Capital Partners and Sentinel Global, with participation from 1kx, BlueYard Capital, Alven and Ledger Cathay Capital. The company’s software reconciles activity across wallets, custodians and exchanges and translates blockchain transactions into accounting records for reporting, audits and compliance.

Cryptio says it serves more than 400 enterprise clients and has processed over $3 trillion in transaction volume. Its customers include Circle, Gemini, Securitize and Société Générale’s SG‑Forge, and several other firms — including Lukka, TaxBit, Bitwave and CoinLedger — operate in the same niche.

Rising institutional interest in tokenized assets is driving demand for systems that can record and reconcile blockchain‑based financial activity.
