Dave the Diver's In the Jungle DLC launches June 18

Mintrocket announced at the Future Games Show Spring Showcase that the In the Jungle DLC will release on June 18. The expansion moves Dave's operation to Utara, a jungle village beside a giant freshwater lake.

Utara follows a real-time schedule, making task prioritization more detailed than in Dave's earlier adventures. Time management becomes more important as Dave balances villager sidequests, minigames and other activities in the new hub.

The DLC adds about ten hours of new content and introduces the Jungle Gun for lake exploration. The gadget transforms into a sniper, shotgun, net gun and a regular firearm to handle the variety of creatures Dave may encounter.

In the Jungle was originally scheduled for 2025, but a delay announced last year pushed the expansion into early 2026. While smaller, mostly free DLC drops have appeared since, this looks set to be the biggest new dive for Dave and his crew yet.
