Dax Shepard says he 'neglected' Kristen Bell on Valentine's Day

Dax Shepard told "Armchair Expert" listeners during Monday’s "Fact Check" segment that he "definitely neglected" his wife, Kristen Bell, on Valentine’s Day and instead lavished attention on their daughters, Lincoln, 12, and Delta, 11. He added that his mother, Laura Labo, also got the short end of the stick.

"My girls are my Valentines. … All my resources went to the little ones," Shepard said, explaining that his mom "has been my Valentine for 51 years, so it really becomes a bandwidth [issue]." He noted that Bell and Labo "saw that [he] was spending a lot of energy on [his] other two Valentines," including devoting "several hours" to a grand gesture.
