Deadpool 2 director to helm Jason Statham Stole My Bike

Jason Statham has shown a knack for poking fun at himself. Beyond the chaos of the Fast and Furious films and his turn as The Beekeeper, one of his standout roles was Rick Ford in Paul Feig’s 2015 comedy Spy.

Deadpool 2 director David Leitch will reunite with Statham after working together on Hobbs & Shaw to direct a new film titled Jason Statham Stole My Bike, in which Statham plays a meta-version of himself.

The movie, which will presumably see him pinch the prized possession of some unfortunate soul, has been described as "the role of a lifetime" for the Stath.
