Dele Alli posts fitness update as Jack Grealish offers support

Dele Alli has posted a fitness update on Instagram as he remains without a club. He shared a reel of pictures showing him working in a gym and on grass, adding the caption "Do what make you happy." Jack Grealish, Kyle Walker-Peters and the PFA were among those to leave supportive comments.

The former England international left Como in 2025 and has been searching for a new team since. He only made one senior appearance for Como and was sent off during it; he previously played for Tottenham Hotspur and Everton and made his first-team breakthrough at MK Dons in the lower-leagues.
