Dermot Mulroney and Prima Apollinaare reach mediated divorce settlement
According to documents obtained by People, Dermot Mulroney and Prima Apollinaare filed on Jan. 16 indicating they have settled their divorce outside of court.
The filing shows Mulroney submitted a declaration for an uncontested dissolution and that the pair reached a written agreement through mediation. Although the specific terms were not detailed, Mulroney — who is representing himself — indicates the agreement addresses payment of attorneys' fees, spousal and child support, and custody and visitation for their two daughters, Mabel Ray, 17, and Sally June, 15.
Once a judge signs off, the divorce will be finalized. Mulroney initially filed for divorce in June 2025 after 15 years of marriage, listing the date of separation as "TBD," and the initial filing sought joint physical and legal custody and splitting of attorneys' fees; a source said the couple used mediators rather than lawyers and described the process as amicable. The two began dating in 2008, had their daughters soon after and married in December 2010, and Mulroney also has a son, Clyde Keener Mulroney, from his first marriage.
