Collider reports every episode of Diagnosis: Murder is now available to watch for free on Pluto TV, bringing the full run of Dick Van Dyke's CBS medical-mystery series to streaming audiences.

The series originally ran from 1993 to 2001, encompassing 179 episodes and five movies. Diagnosis: Murder began after Van Dyke appeared as Dr. Mark Sloan on Jake and the Fatman and followed three made-for-TV movies between 1992 and 1993 before debuting as a regular series in the fall of 1993. Van Dyke starred alongside his real-life son Barry Van Dyke as Steve Sloan, with Victoria Rowell and Charlie Schlatter among the regular supporting cast.

The show nearly faced early cancellation amid limited network promotion, and Van Dyke told American Television some friends doubted the concept because audiences expected him to do comedy; he said, "I thought this character could have enough of an eccentricity in his personality that he would still be kind of interesting to watch." Diagnosis: Murder concluded in 2001 after eight seasons and returned for two TV movies in 2002. The report does not detail any further plans beyond the Pluto TV availability.
