Ed Skrein Cast as Baldur in Prime Video's God of War Series

Ed Skrein has been cast as Baldur in Ronald D. Moore's adaptation of God of War for Prime Video.

Baldur, the primary antagonist of the 2018 PlayStation reboot, is one of Odin's sons; a curse has left him unable to feel physical sensation and driven by a bloodlust expected to make him the season's central threat to Ryan Hurst's Kratos and Callum Vinson's Atreus.

Skrein is known for villainous turns in Deadpool, Rebel Moon, and Jurassic World Rebirth.

He steps into a role previously associated with Jeremy Davies, an Emmy winner who earned a BAFTA for his performance in the original game.
