Erin Doherty let slip several expletives while accepting the Golden Globe for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role on Television live on CBS and Paramount+ yesterday (January 11), Movieweb reports. Doherty's win — adding to earlier victories at the Primetime Emmy Awards and Critics' Choice Television Awards — saw her beat Aimee Lou Wood, Park Posey, Carrie Coon, Catherine O'Hara and Hannah Einbinder in the category.

Addressing the megastar-laden room, which included the whole cast of One Battle After Another and Marty Supreme, the 33-year-old said, "I made a promise to my mom I wouldn't swear, but what the f***?! Holy s***! Sorry mom." She named two groups she wanted to thank, first "Stephen Graham, Hannah Walters, Jack Thorne, Phil Barantini, and Owen Cooper" and added, "This experience, for me was entirely molded from within the interview room of that set for Episode 3.

Each of you lives in every breath of that scene and it wouldn't be what it is without you, and you're at the core of why I'm so deeply, unspeakably proud to be a part of this gorgeous piece of work." She dedicated the second group to therapists, saying, "I didn't wanna assume but I feel like we all know therapists.
